WORLDS BIGGEST CRICKET LEAGUE
The Indian Premier League (IPL) is currently considered the world's biggest cricket league in terms of popularity, viewership, and revenue. The IPL was established in 2008 by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and features eight teams representing different cities in India. The league has attracted some of the best cricket players from around the world, and its matches are watched by millions of fans globally. In recent years, other countries have also launched their own professional T20 leagues, such as the Big Bash League in Australia and the Caribbean Premier League in the West Indies, but the IPL remains the most prominent and lucrative cricket league.
